Wahroonga
Full garden redesign — hedging, screening, lawn, paving
10 weeks
$120k – $150k
Wahroonga's deep lots and mature tree canopies lend themselves to a formal garden language — hedged rooms, framed views, and a sense of enclosure that the Upper North Shore does better than anywhere in Sydney.
We planted a double row of pleached ornamental pears along the rear boundary, backed by a dense lilly pilly hedge. Together they form a living wall that screens the neighbours within eighteen months while allowing dappled light through the canopy.
Below, layered buxus hedging defines three distinct garden rooms: a central lawn for play, a gravel court with a specimen olive, and a kitchen garden screened behind low hedges. Sandstone crazy paving connects them all, worn-looking from day one.
